In 2018, Delta Air Lines, following a business agreement with Korean Air, realized the need for digital marketing to attract domestic customers.In response, the airline opened a Kakao Plus Friend channel with CREATIP as a customer management channel,regularly producing content to begin communication with customers.Additionally, it created emoticons to increase channel subscribers and worked on enhancing its brand image,while simultaneously encouraging active participation of potential customers through social events. Kakao Channel (increased number of fans): 55,278Kakao channel message open rate: 72.85%
