Success story
UTU Global, a provider of tax refund services for European travelers, recognized South Korea as the second-largest tax refund market in the world. Consequently, app marketing was deemed necessary to acquire Korean users. Based on research findings that many travelers do not claim tax refunds, we planned and distributed informational content on how to get tax refunds. The content was produced as a video with the brand name concealed, focusing on information delivery, which achieved astonishing exposure and engagement. Simultaneously, we concentrated on CPI campaigns to increase app downloads and viral spread through travel communities.
