Global hotel franchise, IHG Hotels & Resorts’ AMEA office required performance marketing for their hotels in Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia. IHG's global channels did not allow localization of social media channels. Therefore, IHG stakeholders were interested in partnering with a local partner to execute digital campaigns in Korea with Creatip. Creatip provided services for Naver PPC Paid Search, Brand Search campaigns with crafted copywriting to accentuate the specific features of the hotels. The team was also tasked with amplifying the brand's reach with OOH display ads in highly populated areas along with a Kakao channel management plan to increase followers with organic content marketing.
